In my opinion, i think we are pretty much neutral? Because not ALL of us dress BADLY, right.
And by badly....... this is what i mean....
CASE 1: Typical "Xiao Girl" Dressing
I.E. One Little Miss shirt/Quote tees (you know tees with weird quotes like '51% single' or sth like that?) + Horrible super super short NF shorts.
NF = New Future - whatever brand this is.
Eg.
Note: I have mosaic-ed the faces under the Bad Dressing category, this is to 'protect' their reputation or human rights or prevent any unwanted publicity. Some sort.
Like SERIOUSLY. Take a walk in Bugis(eew) and feast your eyes upon the whooping number of Xiao Girls in their standard dressing. Basically EVERYONE is wearing the same thing.
Sucky shirt + Hot shorts (that ain't hot at all) + cheap looking cardigan = FASHION
OR
Sucky shirt + Not hot shorts + stupid hairstyle = FASHION
That's a total disgrace to us all.
Okay you get the point......
CASE 2 : Corsets
We all know that now, the trend of wearing a corset over your normal clothes or corset-like dresses/tops..... you get the point, has already started over in countries like Taiwan and USA...
But sometimes, PEOPLE GET THE WRONG IDEA.
Eg.
THIS IS JUST DISGUSTING. Totally not hot.
I mean like... MAJOR MAJOR DISASTER?! This is serious pal.

You see Victoria Beckham strutting down the streets in a corset-like dress as compared to the other freak... obviously you'll focus on V.Beckham MORE.
And you know it's true.
Probably you might just place slight attention to that freak mainly because, SHE IS A FREAK.
You attention span is definitely minimal while looking at that freak, whereas if you for V.Beckham, you'll be like "WHOA!"
Of course in Singapore if you wear something like this, the normal typicalists will be like
"WTFlagnard! What's with the corset, slut!"
Or mean stuffs like that. Whereas in USA, it's PERFECTLY alright..
So does it naturally mean that us Singaporeans have ZERO fashion sense, or are we just plain conservative and stereotype?

I mean like dude, though the corset trend thingy is contagious, but as you can see, it makes a HUGE difference with the way you wear it.

Basically in my opinion, that person:
- has no fashion sense
- doesn't know how to carry himself/herself in the right manner
- is just wearing clothes for the sake of covering body parts
